I took my Ford Fiesta ST to this fantastic garage owing to some bolts coming loose on my turbo pipe. Plymouth Trade Centre fit me in the next day and repaired the issue to high quality. I had had my battery and MAP sensor ‘replaced' by the RAC prior to my visit here.

I had to return my vehicle to the garage because it appeared that the RAC had been negligent and fit the wrong battery to my car. Plymouth Trade Centre fit me in that morning to check this and have been very helpful in helping me to sort out this frustrating issue.

The level of service, friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile for you is greatly appreciated, this is a fantastic garage and all of the staff are a credit to the automotive industry.

I highly recommend this garage and would like to thank Chloe, Stacey, Connor, Mason and the rest of their team, thank you for all of your assistance.

Just got my transit custom for having a new clutch plus wish bones great service and fitted me prices are very reasonable.

Really friendly staff that were able to help me out very late in the day with my MOT. Mechanics are honest and upfront about the costs, and prices are fair. I highly recommend PTC.

Absolutely fantastic service from Chloe & Connor! The team are very friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring! Replaced our engine, timing chain and sensors on an X1 within days. Highly recommend. Will certainly be using them for all works going forward.

Had a great experience here today. Saw an ix35 on their site last night and called first thing this morning. I only had 30 mins to view the car before needing to be back at work, and they had it ready for me when I got there along with all the paperwork. Had a testdrive with a knowledgable and enthusiastic mechanic, and was able to complete the purchase and get back to work. The car is lovely with fantastic features for the price, and drives really well. The service was great and I'm so pleased. Very good 3 year MOT and Servicing included in the price, and reasonable prices on extended warrenties. They were all very friendly and seemed happy in their business.

phoned today about my car radio and was able to come right in to the garage as they said they'd have a quick look for me to see if they could do it, and managed to help me and as it was a quick and easy fix they did it free of charge! highly recommend :)

My experience was Very good, Chole on main reception made me feel at ease with my misbehaving car and the mechanics were professional and friendly. I was booked in for a Ford diagnostic, it was quick easy and the follow up call the next day with details and advice was perfect..
I strongly recommend these guys and girls....
fast forward a year and I'm back for a repair and they have been really good, really helpful and extremely informative, the whole team are excellent. Also they are based nr a gd bus route which helps myself when having to collect my vehicle..very good all round

Bought a car here that I had seen on their website, booking a test drive they were very patient and very friendly. The lady on reception came in on the Saturday of her day off so I could purchase the car and take home that day, I love it Thankyou :)

Cracking little garage, very helpful and understanding, prices are what you would expect and they are very honest with regards to parts and wait times, broke down on Friday, desperately need the car back and they can get it in for Tuesday, not bad for a last minute call late on a Friday evening! no complaints at all my end!

I dont write reviews very often, but when I do its because I have a strong opinion about the person/company/thing, I bought my car from P.T.C last March and apart from a couple of liitle minor things which were all in hand and being sorted even befor we came to view it, its been a great buy, and the misses loves it (happy wife = happy life), I cannot speak highly enough of the customer care or the mechanics they are 1st rate even going above and beyond in one case, anyone considering buying a used car I would highly recomend this company
